Can I purchase this product if I live outside the United States?

Unfortunately, we are unable to monitor records allowing us to provide this service for those that reside outside of the United States.  Only individuals that reside in the United States may use our service.

Where do you ship?

A

We ship to all 50 states in the U.S.  We do not ship internationally at this time.

How long does it take for my order to arrive after my death?

A

If you order an item to be delivered immediately upon your death, orders take approximately one to two weeks to arrive.  We work with some of the top companies to monitor records in order to determine that you have passed.  Once we have confirmed your passing, we will send the product as directed.

If you order the item to be delivered on a specific day, we will do everything in our power to ensure it is delivered as you directed, provided we receive notice of your death with enough time to send the product prior to the selected date.

How can I manage my purchases after I have placed the order?

You can manage your purchases by logging into your Account Page, should you choose to set up an account.  If you choose not to set up an account, reach out to us at [email protected], and we can assist you with your purchase.

What if I change my mind after I purchase, but prior to the item being sent?

If after purchasing, you decide you no longer want to use our service, you may cancel for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.  After 30 days, we are unable to provide you a full refund as some of the funds from your purchase are spent on our service, including monitoring records.  If you cancel after 30 days from the date of purchase, you will receive a refund in the amount of 50% of the total purchase price.

Please note that you can change the recipient of the product at any time at no cost to you by contacting us via email at [email protected] or securely on our site using the "Contact Us" page.

What if I purchase something for a particular date, but I live past that date?

If you live past the particular date you purchased for, you can contact us and change the delivery date at no cost to you, or you can request a refund for 50% of the purchase price if after 30 days from the date of purchase.  We are unable to provide you a full refund as some of the funds from the purchase are spent on our service, including monitoring records.

When will my credit card be charged?

You will be charged immediately after you purchase, when your order is accepted.

What if I want to send a product that you do not offer?

A

We want to help you accomplish what you envision for after you pass.  If you have any special requests, or if there is something that we do not offer that you would like to ask about, contact us at [email protected] or securely on our “Contact Us” page so we can try to help you in sending the perfect present.

What if I am the recipient of a recurring gift that I no longer want to receive?

As the recipient, you may cancel our service at any time.  Please contact us at [email protected] or securely via our site at our “Contact Us” page to cancel.

What if the recipient relocates and you can't find them?

A

We request a variety of contact information during purchasing so that we can ensure we are able to locate the recipient.  When purchasing a particular item, we also have a place where you are able to add information for an additional contact should we be unable to locate the recipient.  We will do everything in our power to locate the recipient and make sure your item is delivered when directed.
